Hello there.

In 2019, I left Harvard PhD for something better. I didn’t know what exactly. What I did know is that I’d been handed a life-threatening diagnosis of stage four lymphoma. And I was ready for something VERY different than the life I had been living on other people’s terms.

2 years later…I’m in the Amazon jungle…on indigenous land…meeting the love of my life and now husband. Working with ancient healing modalities & learning from the Earth helped me see my childhood trauma clearly, how it was impacting my life now, and what I needed to do to move forward to my personal FREEDOM: TRUE NORTH.

I started speaking out about the horrific abuse I experienced as a child - including sexual abuse & incest. Relationships with toxic family members began to fall away. Through the destruction of everything I had ever known, life with my birth/blood family, life as a talented student, teacher & academic, the life I was MEANT for EMERGED.

This wild journey had me living in over four countries as an adult (I consider that 30+ lol), speaking four languages, learning from WORLD CLASS mentors and elders, building a successful “full time” business that’s got me working ONLY 3 DAYS per week!, co-creating culture with my WISE and WELL ancestors, and just learning every day about how I can contribute to protecting and tending to the EARTH, the other, the neighbor, the friend, the family.
